Returns Request & Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of purchase.

Items must be in their original, unaltered condition. This includes no changes to finger size, chain length, or any other modifications.

Once the item is inspected and verified to be in like-new condition, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration, it will be returned to the purchaser and the refund request will be denied.

Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
